Frank Shipman, owner of TC Salon and Spa, showed up on 69 News at Sunrise recently and offered some tips on the hottest looks for a prom, wedding or formal event.
There is only one prom, and for most women, there is only one wedding, so be very careful what hairdo you will select.
You can bring a picture from your favorite magazine and tell you stylist “I want to look like this” but the consultation is the key because that hairstyle may not work with your dress, hair type or face shape. Watch videos here.
