Tips for Fast Hair Growth



Generally, the hair on your head grows 1 centimeter every month. Hair growth can be influenced by many factors such as your state of health, diet, medication you are taking, hormonal changes, stress and environmental influences. Also as we get older, hair growth slows down.

- Try to avoid any pressure on your scalp. Reduce the use of elastic bands, elastic bands and stay away from tight ponytails.
