Treatment for Damaged Hair
Treatment for Damaged Hair
Get all of the damaged ends cut off.
Shampoo your hair.
Put the conditioner into your hair.
Use a wide toothed comb to run through all of your hair.
Put a bag over your hair.
Warm up the scalp with a blowdryer. (Heat expands the hair shaft; it opens up, and allows that conditioner to get in).
Do that for about ten minutes.
Rinse off with cold water. (Cold water closes the hair shaft, to leave hair nice, smooth and shiny).
Let your hair dry naturally.
Wash your hair every other day.
You can do the conditioner two times a week. Get conditioners from the salon. They work a lot better.
Get a trim every six weeks, to maintain the ends.
Stay away from any chemical services.
