How to Blow Out Hair

How to blow out hair so it becomes straight? Here are simple tips and instructions for you to follow.

- Wash and condition your hair. Use shampoo and conditioner that soften hair and calm frizzies. Rinse out the conditioner with cool water.

- Apply a leave-in blow-dry lotion such as Satinwear. If you have thick hair, be generous in how much you use.

- Section out some hair so you don’t miss anything. You can add a straightening balm, such as Straight, to calm the curls. Clip hair up so it’s less overwhelming. Avoid wet hair lying on dry hair.

- In the next step you will need a hair dryer, flatiron and brushes. The bigger the diameter of the brush, the straighter you hair will be. It is recommended to use 2 types of brushes: a ceramic round brush (retains heat better) and a boar, bristle round brush (designed to grip hair).

-  The next step is all about tension and heat. You will get a good blowout if you at all times keep the tension on your hair tight with the brush, and then apply heat to make it smooth.

- Your hair dryer should have a nozzle attached to the end.

- Once your hair is dry, spray it with a heat-activated texturizer spray.

- If you can get your hair smooth using only a round brush, you do not need to use the flatiron.

- Finally, spray a silicone product that makes your hair shiny.
