Homemade Recipes for Hair Care

Try some of these homemade hair care recipes.

1. You will need: two tablespoons of acacia honey, one tablespoon of olive or almond oil, one tablespoon of apple cider vinegar.

Apply the mixture to the hair roots and then using your comb, distribute it along the length and ends. Leave the mask on for an hour before rinsing your hair. Your hair will be nourished, silky and shiny.

2. Wash your hair and apply a well-beaten egg. Rinse it with cold water after 5 minutes. Avoid hot water. Try this recipe for a luxuriant head of healthy hair.

3. If your hair is damaged, mix two tablespoons of honey with castor oil, one yolk of egg, one tablespoon of rum and one ampoule vitamin A or vitamin D.

Mix these ingredients together until you get a creamy texture. Apply the mask to the roots and then distribute along the length and ends. Wrap your hair with a plastic wrap and leave it on for two hours. Rinse your hair thoroughly.

4. Homemade conditioner. Warm up 3 tablespoons of coconut oil and 1/2 cup jojoba oil on low heat. Make a smooth paste with 4 tablespoons of powdered white clay and 1 cup water. Mix the oils and white clay paste.

Apply the mask on wet and clean hair, massaging it onto the scalp. Cover your head for 15 minutes and shampoo thereafter.

5. If you have problems with oily hair, try this at home recipe.

Mix five tablespoons of yogurt, one tablespoon of baking soda and one tablespoon of fresh lemon juice. Apply the mask to your hair, concentrating on the roots. Leave it on for 40 minutes. Rinse the mask only with water. Repeat once a week.
