Natural Remedies for Hair Growth

Cutting your hair regularly is also a good thing. As your hair grows long, it tends to get damaged at the ends, so removing the split ends will also help you grow longer hair.

A really powerful natural hair growth remedy is massage. You can use special masks, balms or lotions. Even combing a couple of times a day is an excellent method to stimulate blood circulation in the scalp, which in turn will stimulate hair growth.

Massage the scalp for a couple of minutes every day. You can use electric massager that are available on the market.

Here a few natural remedies for stimulating hair growth:

Hot oil massage: Warm two tsp. of olive oil and two tsp. coconut oil. Gently massage the scalp for 10 to15 minutes.

Rinse a towel in hot water, wipe and wind the hair around the head as it cools. Repeat two times. After that, shampoo and rinse well.

Hot caster oil massage: Warm a cup of castor oil, massage into scalp and gently comb it. Bind the hair with hot towel on the head, wait for half an hour. Shampoo and rinse.

Protein treatment: Beat one egg and add slowly one tsp of olive oil and one tsp of vinegar. Apply it on hair and keep for ten to 15 minutes. Apply shampoo and rinse well.
