How to Get Soft Shiny Hair

Is your hair as soft and shiny as it could be? Everyone desires to have shiny hair. You can also make your hair shiny by following these tips.

To get shiny hair you must know that different hair textures need different ingredients to make it shiny.

- If you have normal hair you should use a shampoo that has silk amino acids. You can also use gels and creams.

- If you have fine hair you need to get a shampoo with wheat proteins and polymers. Use spray volumizers.

- If you have thick and coarse hair your best option is to use pomades.

Other tips on how to get soft and shiny hair

- Stop washing your hair in hot water. This is torture for your hair. Rinse your hair in cold water, as cold as you can stand it.

- Use a good conditioner and apply starting about three inches from the scalp.

- Use jojoba oil. Apply little amount in your hand, rub your hands together and then rub your hands through your hair.

- Mix 1 teaspoon of honey into four cups of warm water. Shampoo your hair and then pour the mixture through your hair, but do not rinse.

- If you have hard or soft water get a showerhead with a filter. Your hair will be much softer.

- Get plenty of protein, zinc, and vitamins B, C and E.
