Cheryl Cole has been voted as the Britain’s hair icon for 201!
In a poll, which was voted for by 5,000 women in the UK, the 28-year-old singer beat the Duchess of Cambridge, actress Kate Winslet, and singers Rihanna and Beyonce.
Cheryl victory comes despite her use of hair extensions. She has gone from bouffant brunette to sleek blonde, yet she has the locks that most women would like to emulate.
The survey by hair loss treatment MediGro also found that women spend about 45 minutes styling their hair daily, equating to 273 hours a year.
