How to Create Vintage Wave
One of the major trends observed at the fashion weeks was retro/vintage glamor. This is the classic of feminine beauty.
The look is absolutely sophisticated when teamed with a heavy side parting. Follow these instructions:
- Blow dry your hair as though you will straighten it;
- Apply a volumising spray.
- Divide you hair in sections of about an inch; begin at the nape of the neck.
- Spray the section of hair with a light mist of a holding spray.
- Hold tightly the section between the stylers, little by little turn the stylers over 180 degrees and then gently pull down the section of hair.
- Once you create the curl, roll it up and fix to the head.
- Complete all sections.
- Allow the curls to cool down completely!
- Begin from the ends of your hair and brush out using a bristle brush.
- Work your way around the head until you are satisfied with the result.
- If you want more of a vintage wave that breaks into a curl, you should gently brush out from the root.
- Secure with a strong -holding hairspray.
