You can try several options:
Go with something choppy and layered.
In general, avoid long hair. Sometimes length will weigh down thin hair making it look even thinner.
You can have you hair just past shoulder length with lots of layers but not too many in the front or it will look like a mullet. Put a lot in the back.
You can also try a short bob where it is shorter in the back and longer on the sides. It will make your hair appear thicker than it really is
The shorter layer looks are the best.
