What vitamins are good for your hair?

If you want fewer bad hair days you need to eat better! Your hair reacts significantly to what you eat.

For strong and fast growing hair your hair needs protein, vitamin B12, iron, calcium, biotin and silica.

For shiny hair you will need omega 3 fatty acids, vitamin A, vitamin C and selenium.

For dry hair treatment include iodine, vitamin A, vitamin E and zinc.

For enhanced color hair (non-graying hair) take vitamin B5 and vitamin B6.

For your hair to be healthy it also needs water; eat whole, fresh foods; avoid processed, packaged foods, get enough sleep and reduce stress.
