Simple Dry Damaged Hair Fix

Is vitamin E good for hair? Some women report excellent results when it comes to fixing dry damaged hair with vitamin E.

Vitamin E capsules are an inexpensive and terrific solution for split ends and dry, damaged hair.

Take 20 capsules and cut them open. You can use a pair of small scissors.

Take the gel out and apply to the ends of your damaged hair. It is boring and time-consuming process.

Do not stop until all ends are covered. Work the gel in well and leave on your hair for at least 60 minutes.

Then shampoo and style as usual.

You will be pleasantly surprised with the final result!

If you want to save yourself the time of cutting the capsules, you can use vitamin E oil in a bottle.
