Once summer arrives, let your natural hair texture show - whether it’s curly, wavy or straight.

Big, natural-looking hair will give you that salon look. Or cut some bangs, give your hair a little hue or try some easy updos. Grow out the layers and the sides.

You can try peek-a-boo bangs or windblown layers with plenty of movement. For bangs, have them chopped and chunky, with a full layer of fringe along the forehead.

When it comes to hair color, this summer highlights are more subtle and not so streaky. This season will be all about brick, amber, sandstone or bamboo, all colors based on the elements.
