How to Have Volume in Hair
The easiest way is to use a good volumising shampoo that won’t frizz your hair.
You can try the following shampoos:
- “Frizz Ease Volumizing”
- “Bed Head”. Can be a bit pricey but last a long time and are very good quality.
- Aussie products are amazing and not too pricey.
- Aveda’s Pure Abundance line is great, especially for people with fine hair. You can see the results very fast. It works by depositing protein fibers and kaolin clay onto the hair’s cuticle giving the illusion and feel of bulked up hair. This is a bit pricy.
- You can also try Thermasilk and Herbal Essences or Garnier Fructis.
However, the best way to have volume in hair is the way that you blow dry your hair!
A good way to do this at home is to blow dry your hair upside down until it is about 3/4 dry. Then add a good straightening balm to your hair and with a nozzle, blow dry your hair is sections downwards (this is important) with a large barrel brush.
