This peroxide crop hair has become so popular it’s been called The Aggy. It is the must-have hair style for fashion devotees this summer.
Hairdressers across the country have reported a spike in demand for The Aggy.
Agyness Deyn, the 25-year-old supermodel, has inspired a new trend in celebrities copying her cut.
The stars that replicated the look include Mena Suvari, Kimberly Stewart, Sarah Harding, Selma Blair and Pixie Geldof.
“Not since the popularity of ‘The Rachel’, sported by Jennifer Aniston as Rachel Green in Friends throughout the Nineties, has a hairstyle been such a must-try,” says Vogue.
The Aggy was created by celebrity stylist Sam McKnight two years ago. He said it’s a classic rebel haircut.
There can be many variations.
A heavier fringe, croppier, smoother, sophisticated - it can suit all shapes of face and remain unique, McKnight told the Daily Mail.
