Deep Conditioning Hair Treatment



Steaming can be used as a method of deep conditioning your hair.

First, apply a deep conditioner to dry or wet hair.

Next, cover your hair with wet towel and plastic cap. Sit under a steamer. Instead of a steamer, you can use additional hot towel or sit under a dryer.

The steam heat raises the hair cuticle and allows the conditioner to go in better.

This type of deep conditioning leaves your hair moisturized, softer and strengthened. Also, curls are more defined.

You can buy a professional steamer for about $200 or visit a salon that uses steam treatments.
