To have healthy hair, it is not enough to just switch shampoos from time to time. What you need to do is to use a sulfate free shampoo.
Unfortunately, 95 percent of the shampoos on the U.S. market have sulfates in them.
The bad news is that sulfates do not get rinsed out of your hair with water. They just sit on your scalp and in your hair.
The only way to remove them from your hair is to use a sulfate free shampoo or an apple cider vinegar rinse.
Sulfate agent darkens your hair color by one shade. It also weakens and makes your hair more porous. That is not all. Sulfate also adds to your hair drying time by 50 percent or even more.
Sulphates can also be bad for your liver and kidney functions.
So, do you use sulfate-free shampoo?
