Two Great Homemade Hair Masks
Hot summer days can make your hair dry and damaged. You can revive your hair with homemade hair masks. They use nourishing ingredients that hydrate and rejuvenate your hair.
1.
- Beat 1 egg white until foamy.
- Add 1/4 cup plain organic yogurt and 1/4 cup mayonnaise.
- Mix well.
- Massage into wet hair.
- Cover your head with a plastic wrap.
- Leave in for half an hour. .
- Wash out with a mild shampoo.
- Rinse with cold water.
Use this homemade hair mask once a month.
2.
- Mash one medium banana, 1 egg and 1/2 avocado in a small bowl.
- Add 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil, 3 tbsp buttermilk and 2 tbsp honey.
- Stir well.
- Apply to your hair.
- Leave in for half an hour.
- Wash out with a moisturizing shampoo.
If you have long hair, you will need to double the recipe. Use two times a month.
