Seven Tips for Better Hair
Here are seven tips that will help you achieve better hair.
- Keep hair follicles in the scalp clean and healthy to produce strong and healthy hair. Always rinse all products off your scalp thoroughly so that residue does not clog hair follicles. Also, give a little extra massage when you wash your hair.
- There is no need to wash your hair every day, unless it is extremely oily. Try every-other-day washing. On day two, you can use dry shampoo or hair powder.
- Get regular haircuts to prevent split ends and to avoid your hair looking overgrown.
Trims will help your hair look fuller and healthier.
- Do not use too much conditioner. It will build up on your hair leaving it dull and lifeless. Try to apply the product toward the ends of the hair.
- Do not overheat your hair. Always use a product specifically made to protect hair from heat.
- You should not pull back your ponytail with just any elastic. It needs to be covered, continuous, without any metal showing.
- Avoid brushing your hair too much. Brush once or twice a day to stimulate the scalp and distribute oil down the hair shaft.
