Flat Hair Extension Method

Gina Diaz, founder and owner of Glam Hair Extensions, endorses the Flat Method as the safest and most comfortable hair extension system.

She claims it is the only method in the world that lasts consistently for more than a year, and up to two years. It takes less than an hour to install a full head, unlike strand-by-strand, which can take up to six hours.

It grows the hair faster than if you didn’t have extensions because of the slight weight on the original hair.

“To maintain the hair with other methods, you have to remove it, throw away, and get new hair,” says Diaz. “With the Flat Method, there is no throwing away. The hair is reusable for up to one year, and our Russian line of hair will go up to two years.”

Removal of the hair extensions takes less than 1/2 hour, compared to six hours for the strand-by-strand method.

According to Diaz, the Flat Method uses cold keratin with no heat, much better for the hair than the strand-by-strand method, which can destroy the hair with too much heat, from 250 to 400 degrees, depending on the systems.
