Creating a Messy Hair Style

It’s actually very easy to create a messy up do like Angelina Jolie’s red-carpet style. Here is how.

Your hair should be day old dirty. Use a styling wax if your hair is too clean. This will give enough texture.

Divide your hair from ear-to-ear in one section.

Work with back part of hair to make bun; use front hair to softly frame your face.

Forget about using a comb or a brush. Work with your fingers. This will automatically give some loose texture which looks soft and messy.

You can use a curling iron or waffle iron to give your look more texture and volume. Just keep in mind to curl the hair in different directions.

And don’t go messy every where. Plan your style out.
