One of the problems many women face during hot summer months is fading hair color. This is because the sun has strong effects on hair color.
First of all, choose a hair color that looks as natural as possible. During the summer, it is a good idea to switch from a single color to a more blended look.
For example, if you have dark brown hair, select a light red color.
Next, use shampoos and conditioners that are designed to prevent hair color from fading. They should also contain ultraviolet protection.
However, you must stay away from products designed for oily hair because they strip color off the hair.
Always use a thermal protector before blow-drying or flat ironing your hair.
When on the beach or at the pool, put on a hat or scarf. And do not forget to spray on a leave-in conditioner with sunscreen.
