Another hairdresser said that one of the main trends is the return of 1940s Hollywood glamour. Curls and waves are back. The high ponytail is also enjoying a revival. A half beehive is another key fashion look for 2010.

Another expert said that women should consider growing their tresses longer in the new year. The lengthened locks will offer women more choices when styling.
