The 16th annual Sally Beauty Best Tressed Survey takes a look back at 2009′s best and worst celebrity hairstyles.
The survey, commissioned by Sally Beauty Supply, asked 1,000 American women to cast a vote on the good, the bad and the ugly in celebrity hairstyles from the past year.
