Getting enough B vitamins, iron, zinc, silica, calcium and magnesium is very imporatanr for treating hair thinning. For this reason, your diet should include these herbal products: sesame seeds, molasses, quinoa, spinach, beetroot and nettle tea.
There are many other cures that you can use, such as rubbing onions on your scalp, but, for the time being, try a few of these natural remedies for hair thinning and see if there is any improvement.
